By creating a CarrierCrusher account, accessing carriercrusher.ai or carriercrushers.ai, or using the Must Abide mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CarrierCrusher is operated by T3C, LLC ("CarrierCrusher," "we," "us"). The Service provides operational risk intelligence for the commercial trucking industry, including the CarrierCrusherScore methodology, FMCSA data lookup tools, DataQs assistance utilities, mapping tools, and document-generation features. The Service is advisory. Outputs (scores, verdicts, fix lists, PDF artifacts) are not legal advice, are not a regulatory determination, and are not a substitute for your own judgment or counsel.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and authorized to act for any organization you sign up on behalf of. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@carriercrusher.ai immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid tiers (Pro, Agency, Enterprise, and any future consumer mobile tier — see carriercrusher.ai for current SKUs) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe for web, Apple In-App Purchase for iOS where applicable). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Owner-assigned trial access (the "trial_tier" setting on your account record) is NOT a paid subscription — trial users may be migrated to a paid tier by your account owner at any time. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to compile, sell, or redistribute bulk FMCSA, MCMIS, or licensed datasets except as permitted by your tier; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to bypass technical controls; (c) misrepresent a CarrierCrusherScore or DataQs outcome to a third party; (d) use the Service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or discriminatory targeting; (e) upload defamatory, knowingly false, or unlawfully obtained content; (f) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or other users.
The Service ingests publicly available data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and other regulators, plus user-submitted inspection reports and DataQs documentation under our Privacy Policy. Carrier-identifying data (USDOT numbers and public scores) is treated as public; you remain responsible for the accuracy of any private data you upload.
The CarrierCrusherScore is a proprietary, locked, audit-stamped methodology that blends FMCSA Safety Measurement System data with litigation-exposure signals. Score outputs are advisory and do not replace independent due diligence by brokers, insurers, or carriers. Methodology version and audit lineage are surfaced inside the Service and on every artifact CarrierCrusher generates.
The Service, including code, content, designs, the CarrierCrusherScore methodology, the "Must Abide" mark, and all related materials, is owned by T3C, LLC and protected by U.S. and international law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is in good standing. User-submitted content remains yours; you grant CarrierCrusher a license to host, display, and de-identify it for product features and the public Wall of Wins.
The Service uses third-party providers including Cloudflare, Lovable Cloud Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, ImprovMX, TomTom, OpenStreetMap, FMCSA, Mapbox, Stripe, and Apple. Use of those providers is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." CARRIERCRUSHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARRIERCRUSHER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL CARRIERCRUSHER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold CarrierCrusher harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
