CarrierCrusher
Operational Risk Intelligence for Trucking

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026

The short version

CarrierCrusher is operational-risk intelligence for trucking. We read public FMCSA data on motor carriers, store your account profile so you can log in, and let you upload documents you want us to analyze. We do not sell your data. We do not advertise. We do not show carrier video or driver biometrics on our platform — if you connect a telematics or camera vendor, that data stays with the vendor under their account and we surface only the summary signals you authorize.

1. Who we are

CarrierCrusher is operated by T3C, LLC. For any privacy question, email support@carriercrusher.ai.

2. Data we collect

The information we hold falls into three buckets.

  • Public FMCSA carrier data. Census, inspections, violations, crashes, insurance filings, authority status. All of this is published by the U.S. Department of Transportation / FMCSA under public-access rules. We refresh nationwide records monthly.
  • Your account profile. Email, full name (if you give it), assigned role/category, your assigned primary USDOT (if your administrator set one), and a session record when you sign in. Stored in our Supabase database with row-level security tied to your authenticated identity.
  • Files you upload. If you upload a policy, an inspection PDF, a loss run, an application, or a safety document for the Mock Audit or Submission Intake flows, we store the file on encrypted storage and read its contents for the feature you invoked. You can delete uploads at any time from your account page.

3. Data we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect driver biometric data.
  • We do not collect or store dash-cam video. If you connect a telematics or camera vendor (Samsara, Motive, Lytx, Netradyne, Geotab, Verizon Connect), the video stays with that vendor under your account — we read only the summary event signals you authorize through OAuth.
  • We do not track you across third-party websites.
  • We do not display third-party advertising and do not run tracking pixels for advertisers.

4. How we use the data

  • To run the product. The CarrierCrusherScore engine reads FMCSA inputs to compute your score; the carrier portal reads your profile to load your record; document readers parse the files you uploaded.
  • To improve the product. We monitor errors, feature usage at an aggregate level, and performance. We do not sell or share product-usage data with third parties.
  • To contact you about your account. Sign-in emails, monthly digests if you have a carrier portal account, security alerts.

5. Who we share data with

Other users of your organization. If you and your safety director are in the same organization, you both see the same carrier record and tasks. That's intentional. Role controls govern who can change what.

Service providers. We use Supabase (database + authentication + storage), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting + edge delivery). Each receives only the data needed to perform that service.

Compliance. If we receive a lawful subpoena or similar legal process, we will respond as required by law and notify you when permitted to do so.

We do not sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

Your account profile and uploaded documents are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete an upload, we remove it from the live database and storage. Some derived aggregates (anonymous counts) may persist in backups for up to 90 days as standard backup retention.

Public FMCSA carrier data is refreshed monthly from the FMCSA sources directly; we do not maintain a separate copy beyond what we read from FMCSA on the scheduled refresh.

7. Your rights

  • Access. You can see your account profile and your uploaded documents from inside the app.
  • Correction. You can edit your profile fields directly. For corrections to FMCSA-published records about your carrier, the right channel is FMCSA's DataQs system; the app has a guided DataQ Opportunity Finder.
  • Deletion. You can delete your account or any uploaded document. Email us if you need help.
  • Export. Email us and we'll provide a copy of your profile + uploads.
  • Telematics disconnect. If you connected a camera/telematics vendor, you can revoke OAuth in that vendor and in your CarrierCrusher account at any time. We keep no copy of vendor data after revoke.

8. Children

CarrierCrusher is a business tool used by motor carriers, brokers, agents, and insurers. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication uses Supabase Auth. Database access is governed by row-level security policies tied to your authenticated identity. We do not store passwords in clear text.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any material change here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For substantive changes, we'll also email account holders.
