You can cancel your CarrierCrusher subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through the paid-up date.
We'll refund the most recent subscription charge in full if: (a) you request the refund within seven (7) days of the charge, and (b) you have not generated any deliverables (PDF reports, Filing Briefs, Decision Records, etc.) on the subscription since the charge.
Annual plans paid up front: we'll refund the unused portion of the term, prorated on a 30-day-month basis, if you cancel within thirty (30) days of the most recent annual renewal and have not used the Service in more than a de-minimis way during that window. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
For Agency-tier per-seat subscriptions: removed seats are credited prorated for the remainder of the current month and applied to the next month's invoice. No cash refunds for mid-period seat reductions.
For any future iOS in-app subscription, refunds are administered by Apple per Apple's standard refund policy. We can't process IAP refunds directly. Submit your refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Email support@carriercrusher.ai before initiating a chargeback. We respond to refund requests within two business days and aim to resolve disputes amicably.
We may grant discretionary refunds outside this policy where circumstances warrant (service outage, billing error, undue hardship, etc.). Email support@carriercrusher.ai and tell us what happened.
